  The difference between traditional and non-traditional events - Workshop Reflecting on personal experiences in planning and organizing should draw on many different perspectives and frameworks. When reflection is used to describe a manner of thinking, it is commonly used to describe the process of thinking back on prior experiences or occurrences. The Integrated Reflective Cycle can be described as one of them. The four-step reflection model is one of the tools that aids in recognizing and summarizing lessons from previous experiences. Thanks to that, everyone can reflect on events that have taken place such as seminars, group work or even workshops. This paradigm has promoted phases and ideas that are also useful for individual experiences (Bassot, 2013) . The main reason this model appeals to me is this.
